  1. In a hot oil, add all dry spices, onion and ginger garlic paste
  2. Saute it and add cauliflower
  3. Cover it with lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add curd and mix it and again cover it with lid for 4-5 minutes
  5. Garnish it with fresh coriander
  6. Serve hot
