Ingredients
chhole
boiled, soaked overnight
tomato
chopped
onion
chopped

cup
tomato puree
Refined oil
butter
cumin seeds
Salt
Garam masala
red chilly powder
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
black salt
Dry ginger powder
Fresh mint
ginger garlic paste
green chillies
chopped
garlic
chopped
Tamarind
pulp
Instructions
In a pan, add oil, butter and cumin seeds.
Saute ginger garlic paste, chopped garlic, green chillies, onions and tomato.
Add all the dry spices and tamarind pulp.
Add tomato puree and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
Add boiled chhole and cover it with lid and cook it for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.
Garnish it with chopped mint.
Serve hot
