  1. Make sugar syrup and let it boil on high flame till you get nice boils
  2. Mash chhena and make balls
  3. Dip into boiling water and cover it
  4. Allow it to cook for 15 minutes on high flame
  5. Into remaining chhena, add pink colour and make balls
  6. In separate vessel boil sugar syrup and put pink colour rasgullas for 15 minutes by covering it with lid
  7. After 15 minutes switch off the flame and then add rose essence in to pink rasgullas and let it cool down
  8. After 15 minutes, check white rasgulla and allow it to cool down
  9. Serve chilled
