Bengali sandwich is a bengali sweet like chum chum, rasgulla and rasmalai. This bengali sandwich is a different way to present bengali sweet and its taste simply awesome. People love to eat it. This is made from chhena, which is filled with sugar syrup. Very soft and yummy to eat. A perfect dessert for festivals and for any occasion. Easy to prepare at home with in less time too.   1. Boil the milk and add tartaric acid to spoil the milk
  2. Once its spoil strain this in to muslin cloth.
  3. Wash it properly before use from cold water
  4. Remove all the water from it with soft hands
  5. Mash it with your palm for 8-10 minutes until its get soft and smooth
  6. Add sooji in to it and again mash.
  7. Check its consistency by binding it as a dough.
  8. Add green food colour and give a square shape to it.
  9. Make sure each piece should have same size.
  10. Boil water and sugar together to make sugar syrup on high flame and drop all the square pieces one by one
  11. Cover it with lid and let it cook on high flame for 8-10 minutes
  12. Turn the side after five minutes.
  13. After 10 minutes take them and let it cool down completely
  14. Take mawa and add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, rose essence and saffron.
  15. Mix well
  16. Cut squares in to triangle and cut this from center.
  17. Put mawa stuffing in to it and make it even.
  18. Garnish it with slit cherries or tutti fruity
  19. Serve it.
