Instructions
  1. Take a pan and mix all the ingredients for preparing rabri.
  2. Cook it on medium flame for 8-10 minutes till little thickens.
  3. For making pieces take bread crumbs in a bowl and add milk as required.
  4. Make very soft dough and take small portions from it.
  5. In paneer add sugar, essence and dry fruits and mix.
  6. Put this stuffing in the center and seal it properly.
  7. Dip these pieces in to rabdi and cover it for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
  8. Allow it to cool down and serve chilled.
