  1. First heat the oil in a nonstick pan and saute all the vegetables for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Once the vegetables become soft add all the sauces, salt and black pepper.
  3. Mix it properly and add chapatis cut in to long.
  4. Toss it with very light hands otherwise it will become soggy.
  5. Take them out from the pan and garnish it with spring onion.
  6. Serve hot.
