  1. Add all the spices in the batter of moong dal
  2. On non stick tawa spread your pancakes
  3. Put vegetables on it
  4. Gently flip it over
  5. On the top sprinkle mozzarella cheese
  6. Garnish it with namkeen and fresh coriander
  7. Serve hot with green chutney
