  1. In a pan heat oil and saute garlic, ginger, green chilies and white pepper powder for few seconds.
  2. Mix salt and red chilly powder.
  3. Add all vegetable and let it cook on high flame for 3- 4 minutes.
  4. Add boiled rice and all the sauces.
  5. Mix it on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Garnish it with capsicum rings. Chopped spring onions and carrot juliennes.
  7. Serve hot.
