Instructions
First in a large bowl take onion, capsicum, carrot , spring onion, cabbage and ginger garlic paste
Add salt and black pepper
Add cornflour and make a dough
Make balls and deep fry it till golden brown
In a pan take oil and saute chopped garlic, ginger, green chilly, cabbage, capsicum, carrot for 1-2 minutes
Add water, salt, black pepper and all the sauces
Wait for 2-3 minutes and add manchurian balls
Cook it for 1-2 minutes till its get dry completely
Garnish it with cabbage juliennes and spring onion
Serve hot
