  1. In a big bowl mix oil and sugar and beat this for a minute
  2. Add all the dry ingredients and add soda water
  3. Prepare a lumps free batter
  4. Grease cake tin with oil and pour the batter
  5. Bake it at 180•c for 30-35 minutes
  6. Let it cool down and cut this in to pieces
  7. Again bake it for 15 minutes after 15 minutes turn the side and again bake it for 15 minutes or till golden brown
  8. Let it cool down and keep it in air tight container
