  1. First whip the cream and add powder sugar as per taste
  2. Add custard, food colour and essence and mix it
  3. Mix cornflour in one spoon of milk seperately and add this in to whipped cream
  4. Now add pineapple pieces and mix all well
  5. Transfer this in to air tight container and refrigerate overnight
  6. Scoop out and serve chilled
