  1. First in a large bowl mix butter and sugar
  2. Add all dry ingredients and milk
  3. Mix it nicely to avoid lumps and add pinch of red food colour
  4. Add rose essence and pour the mixture into greased cupcake mould
  5. Bake it at 180•c for 20 minutes in oven
  6. Let it cool down
  7. In whipped cream, add rose essence and rose syrup
  8. Fill this in icing bag and start icing
  9. Serve it
