Gajar ka halwa

Instructions
  1. First in a non stick kadai add ghee
  2. Once the ghee is hot, saute all dry fruits and grated carrots for 1-2 minutes on high flame
  3. Add sugar and milk and mix properly
  4. Add cardamom powder and saffron
  5. Mix it on a high flame till all the milk dries out completely
  6. Again add some ghee and saute it for a minute to enhanced its flavour
  7. Garnish it with dry fruits and serve hot
