  1. Mix butter, oregano, chilly flakes, salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add flours, soda and baking powder and mix it well.
  3. Add curd and milk and make a smooth consistency batter.
  4. Make sure no lumps should be there.
  5. Add garlic, corn and cheese and quickly mix it in a same direction.
  6. Grease muffin tray and pour the mixture.
  7. Put a layer of processed cheese in the center and cover it with remaining batter.
  8. Bake it at 180•c for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Demould all the muffins and serve it hot with tomato ketchup or cheesy dip.
