  1. First for making ghevar mix properly ghee and some ice cubes for 3-4 minutes with your hand until creamy and soft.
  2. Add maida, milk and water and make pouring consistency batter.
  3. Add lime juice and mix.
  4. Make ghevar in to hot oil.
  5. For making sugar syrup mix everything and make one string sugar syrup.
  6. For rabri mix everything and allow it to cook on medium flame for 20-25 minutes until thickens.
  7. Pour sugar syrup and rabdi on ghevar and serve.
