  1. Boil milk on high flame and once the boil is about to come add tartaric acid or lime juice
  2. Mix it continuously on medium flame
  3. Once you see chhena is separate from milk switch off the flame
  4. Strain this in to muslin cloth
  5. Put cold water on it and gently squeeze it
  6. Chhena is ready to make sweets.
