  1. Cut idli into pieces
  2. In hung curd, mix ginger garlic paste, carom seeds powder, salt, red chili powder and lime juice.
  3. In a toothpick, insert capsicum, idli, onion and tomato.
  4. Marinate this with curd dip for 1 hour.
  5. After 1 hour, grease the tawa with oil and cook it from all the sides.
  6. Garnish it with chopped cabbage
