Idly and dosa mix recipe. It is very useful to make quick soft idly and crispy dosa at your home. You can keep it in air tight container for longer use.

Ingredients

cup
urad dal
1.5
cup
Rice
2
tbsp
chana dal
1
tbsp
toor dal
2
tsp
fenugreek seeds
3
tbsp
semolina
(sooji)

dry curry leaves

tsp
Salt

tsp
sugar
powder
1/2
tsp
baking soda
Instructions
In a pan, take all three dals, rice, fenugreek and curry leaves
Roast this on low flame for 8-10 minutes
Add sooji in to it and again roast it for 2-3 minutes
Switch off the flame and add salt, sugar and baking soda
Let it cool down completely
Churn this in to blender and make fine powder
Store this in air tight container for longer use
