Instructions
  1. In a pan add butter and oil and once the oil is hot add cumin seeds and all the whole spices.
  2. Once it crackle saute ginger garlic paste for a minute.
  3. Add tomato puree and dry spices and cook it on high flame.
  4. Add onion, capsicums cut in to cubes and cook it for 2-3 minutes
  5. Add sugar and water and let it cook for some time
  6. Add fenugreek and green chillies
  7. Now add fresh cream and paneer pieces and mix it properly.
  8. Garnish it with coriander and fresh cream.
  9. Serve hot
