Ingredients
For sugar syrup
For dough
For stuffing
Instructions
  1. First prepare one thread sugar syrup by all all the ingredients.
  2. For making stuffing mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. For preparing dough mix all the ingredients one by one in a separate bowl and make a soft dough.
  4. Make small size balls and fill the stuffing.
  5. Cover all the sides and make it even.
  6. Heat the oil on very low to medium flame and put all the jamuns.
  7. Deep fry till nice dark in colour on low flame.
  8. Take them out and dip them in to sugar syrup for one hour.
  9. After that take them out and serve.
