Ingredients

cup
dosa mix
4
bread slices
2
tbsp
curd
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Carrot
chopped
Capsicum
chopped
tomato
chopped
onion
chopped
Salt
Red chilly
Garam masala
sambhar masala
Instructions
First in a hot oil saute mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Add all vegetables, salt, red chilly and garam masala.
Let it cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
In a large bowl add dosa mix, curd, salt, red chilly, garam masala and sambhar masala.
Add the vegetable mixture and with the help of water prepare a batter.
Grease non stick pan with oil and put bread pieces.
Apply dosa mixture and drizzle oil on it.
Turn the side and let it cook on medium flame.
And again spread dosa mix on another side and and turn.
Let them cook till nice golden brown in colour.
Cut in to pieces and serve hot.
