  1. In a pan heat oil and add all the whole spices
  2. Let it crackle for a minute.
  3. Add garlic and onion and saute it for few seconds
  4. Add all the vegetables and dry spices and mix.
  5. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame by covering it with lid.
  6. Add cream and curd mix it and cover it with lid
  7. Cook it for 2-3 more minutes
  8. Sprinkle fresh coriander
  9. Serve hot
