  1. First remove the skin and seeds from the oranges.
  2. Take a jar of blender and churn orange and sugar with water if required.
  3. Make a smooth puree.
  4. Strain this puree with the help of sieve so that it will become smooth.
  5. Add essence and orange colour and mix.
  6. Cook it in a non stick pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Keep stirring after a minute, so that it won’t stick to the bottom.
  8. Transfer it in a bowl and allows it to cool.
  9. Once its cool down you will see that it thickens more.
  10. Orange crush is ready to use.
