Instructions
  1. In a pan take oil and butter and once its hot add cumin seeds and let it splatter for a minute.
  2. Saute onion, ginger garlic till golden brown.
  3. Add all vegetables and tomato and let it cook for 1-2 minutes by covering it with lid.
  4. After that add water, tomato sauce and all the spices one by one.
  5. Mix it and cook it on high flame.
  6. Now add paneer, dry fenugreek and fresh coriander.
  7. Mix it and switch off the flame.
  8. Garnish it with fresh coriander, butter and sprinkle chaat masala on it.
  9. Serve hot.
