Instructions
  1. First in a jar of blender churn cinnamon, cloves, cardamons, black pepper, cashew and raisins and make a powder.
  2. In a pan add butter, cumin seeds, bay leaves and red chilly.
  3. Saute onion, ginger garlic and tomato puree for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Strain this in sieve to make it smooth.
  5. In a pan take butter and add kashmiri red chilly.
  6. Add tomato puree and all the dry spices.
  7. Add tomato sauce, fresh cream and sugar.
  8. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Add paneer pieces and fenugreek and switch off the flame.
  10. Garnish it with fresh coriander and butter.
  11. Sprinkle jeera powder and serve hot.
