Paneer tikka masala with gravy
A perfect starter for any party paneer tikka masala with gravy. You can serve this with gravy or without gravy. A good option for lunch and dinner also.

Instructions
  1. First in a large bowl take paneer, capsicum, onion and tomato
  2. Add all the dry spices, lime juice, ginger garlic paste
  3. Add curd and fresh cream
  4. Mix it and cover it for one hour for marination
  5. Heat the oil, add onion tomato puree, ginger garlic paste and dry spices
  6. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes
  7. Add curd, cream, butter and dry fenugreek
  8. Add tomato ketchup and let it cook for 2-3 minutes
  9. Take a toothpick and insert all the marinated vegetables one by one
  10. Grill it on tawa with oil from all the sides
  11. Pour gravy on it and put some fresh cream
  12. Garnish it with fresh coriander
  13. Serve hot
