Instructions
  1. Knead the dough by adding all the ingredients and keep it aside for 30-35 minutes.
  2. Make small balls and make puris.
  3. Deep fry in to hot oil.
  4. For making pani for gol gappas first churn mint leaves and green chillies in to blender.
  5. Transfer this in a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients one by one.
  6. Add water to adjust the consistency.
  7. For stuffing mix all the ingredients as given above.
  8. Gol gappas are ready to serve.
