  1. First in lukewarm milk, add yeast and sugar
  2. Mix it and keep it aside for 10 minutes
  3. In a big bowl take maida, salt and oil
  4. Mix it well
  5. Add oil and milk powder and mix
  6. Now add yeast mixture and prepare a soft dough
  7. Grease it with butter and keep it aside for 2-3 hours
  8. After 3 hours, divide the dough into same pieces and place it on greased baking tray
  9. Again cover it and keep it aside for 1 hour
  10. After an hour, grease it with milk on top by using brush
  11. Bake it @ 200•c for 15 minutes in oven
  12. After 15 minutes, grease it with butter and cover it with wet cloth for 1/2 an hour
  13. Flip this in plate
  14. Pav’s are ready
