Instructions
  1. Heat the oil and crackle mustard seeds
  2. Add curry leaves, salt, sugar and water
  3. Mix it and add lime juice
  4. Cook till 3-4 boils and switch off the flame.
  5. Tadka is ready
  6. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients for preparing dhokla.
  7. Make sure do not over mix.
  8. Grease the tin and pour the batter
  9. Steam cook for 6 to 7 minutes.
  10. Pour tadka and sprinkle fresh coriander
  11. Cut in to pieces and serve
