  1. First mix custard powder in to lukewarm milk and keep it aside
  2. Wait till you get a boil on milk and add custard
  3. Stir this continuously for a minute
  4. Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron and fresh cream
  5. Let it cook on medium flame till it gets thick
  6. Switch off the flame then add dry fruits and rose essence
  7. Keep this in refrigerator for cooling down
  8. Serve this chilled
