  1. In a large bowl mix sugar and oil till smooth.
  2. Sift all the dry ingredients in to it and mix.
  3. Add butter milk, essence and red colour.
  4. Prepare a lumps free batter and pour this in to cup cakes liner.
  5. Sprinkle some chocolate chips and bake it for 35 minutes in kadai.
  6. Let them cool down and start icing on it.
