Sabudana in pizza style

Ingredients

sago
soaked

potato
boiled, grated

peanuts powder
roasted

Tomato ketchup

ginger garlic paste

Red chilly sauce

Mozzarella cheese

paneer
grated
Capsicum
julienne
onion
tomato
Sweet corn
Fresh Coriander
Salt
red chilly powder
oregano
chilly flakes
Turmeric
Garam masala
jeera powder
Instructions
In a large bowl add sago, potato, peanuts, fresh coriander
Add salt, red chilly, oregano, chilly flakes, garam masala, coriander powder and jeera powder
Mix it and prepare a dough and keep this in refrigerator for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes and take non stick pan on which you want to make pizza
Grease it with oil and spread dough with your hand and give the shape of pizza
Switch on the flame and let it cook
In tomato ketchup, mix ginger garlic paste and red chilly sauce
Turn the side of pizza and apply tomato ketchup and all the vegetables of your choice
Spread grated paneer and mozzarella cheese
Again cover it with lid and allow it to cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes
Serve hot
