  1. In a pan add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  2. Add red chilly, garam masala, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
  3. Saute tomato for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add sambhar masala and all the boiled vegetables and dal. (boil all the vegetables and dal in pressure cooker by adding salt and turmeric powder)
  5. Cover it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add tamarind water and mix.
  7. Serve hot.
