Tandoori dum aloo recipe

Instructions
  1. First in a bowl mix all the ingredients and keep it aside for 30 minutes in refrigerator for marination.
  2. In a hot oil splatter cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  3. Add bay leaf and all remaining whole spices and saute it for few seconds.
  4. Saute onion, tomato and ginger garlic paste.
  5. Add all spices and cashew nut paste.
  6. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
  7. Add cream and marinated potatoes.
  8. Add some water and cover it with lid for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
  9. Add dry fenugreek and mix it for couple of more minutes.
  10. Garnish it with fresh cream and tomato sauce.
  11. Serve hot.
