  1. Mix all the spices into potato, paneer and peas mixture separately
  2. First make maida roti and put paneer stuffing
  3. Second put besan roti on it and fill peas filling
  4. Third put wheat flour roti and put potato filling
  5. Cover it with maida roti and cook it on tawa by greasing oil on both side
  6. Serve hot
