Instructions
  1. In a large bowl mix sooji, all vegetables and all the spices
  2. Divide this into three equal portions
  3. Prepare first bowl batter with spinach puree
  4. Second bowl batter with carrot puree
  5. And the third bowl batter with beetroot puree
  6. Add baking powder separately in each bowl
  7. Grease idli stand and pour the batter and steam cook
  8. Serve hot
