  1. In a pan heat the oil and saute onion and garlic for few seconds.
  2. Add all the vegetables julienne and allow it to cook until all the moisture dries out.
  3. Add sauces, salt, sugar and pepper
  4. Give it a good mix and allow it to cook down completely.
  5. Fill this in to spring rolls sheets and deep fry till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
