Vegetable momos recipe

  1. In oil, saute all vegetables by adding salt and black pepper powder for 2-3 minutes
  2. In another pan, add tomato puree, ginger garlic paste and red chilly paste
  3. Add pinch of salt and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Your chutney is ready
  5. Now prepare ball from dough and with rolling pin make momos
  6. Put stuffing on it and make a design
  7. Steam cook it for 15 minutes
  8. Serve hot with chutney
