Baked stuffed bun from multigrain wheat flour
Baked stuffed bun prepared from multi grain wheat flour. Healthy to eat because it is made from wheat flour not from refined flour. No deep frying and less oily buns are best for your breakfast. Soft coating of flour with spicy stuffing of vegetables of your choice. It goes well with tea, coffee and cold drinks. Try this recipe at your home.

Instructions
  1. Add a small spoon of lukewarm water in yeast and add sugar and salt
  2. Mix it and keep it aside for five minutes
  3. In flour, add oil and yeast mixture and prepare a dough with lukewarm water
  4. Keep it aside for fermentation for one hour
  5. In a pan heat oil add all spices and vegetables mix well
  6. In last add tomato sauce
  7. Keep it aside for cooling down
  8. After one hour divide the dough in two parts and stuff vegetable mixture in to it and seal it from all the sides
  9. In microwave bake it for 20 minutes at 200•c
  10. Serve hot

  • All chopped vegetables like carrot, capsicum, onion, cabbage, boiled potato
  • All dry spices like salt, red chilly, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds
  • Coriander seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup multi grain wheat flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp active yeast
