Chinese fried rice are very easy and quick to make at home and it is loved by all the chinese lover. It goes well with vegetable manchurian and chilly paneer. You can make this in your lunch, dinner and you can serve this in your kids lunch box. A perfect taste of all the sauces. See the recipe below.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bowl Rice boiled
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Red chilly sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- red chilly powder pinch of
- garlic chopped
- Green chilies chopped
- ginger julienne
- Carrot julienne
- Capsicum julienne
- onion julienne
- tomato julienne
- Spring onion chopped

Instructions
- In a pan heat oil and saute garlic, ginger, green chilies and white pepper powder for few seconds.
- Mix salt and red chilly powder.
- Add all vegetable and let it cook on high flame for 3- 4 minutes.
- Add boiled rice and all the sauces.
- Mix it on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish it with capsicum rings. Chopped spring onions and carrot juliennes.
- Serve hot.
