- 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar powder
- 3/4 cup Milk
- butter scotch essence few drops
- 1 pack fruit salt/eno

Instructions
- Mix oil and sugar in a large bowl till smooth and creamy.
- Add maida, milk and essence and prepare a lumps free batter.
- Grease cake tin with oil and pour the batter.
- Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes on gas stove.
- Check it from toothpick, if its clean then cake is ready.
- Let it cool down and demould.
- Cake is ready, decorate it according to you.
