Eggless chocolate cake recipe - New year special

• 1.5 cup all purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 cup curd
• 1/4 cup hot water
• 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
• 1 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup butter melted
• 1/2 tsp chocolate essence

Prep Time 15 minutes Cook Time 2 hours Servings Ingredients 1.5 cup all purpose flour 1 cup sugar powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup curd 1/4 cup hot water 3 tbsp Cocoa powder 1 cup Milk 1/2 cup butter melted 1/2 tsp chocolate essence

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar together till smooth
2. Add chocolate essence, baking powder, baking soda and curd
3. Mix it and add half of the flour and milk
4. Mix it in a same direction
5. Add remaining milk, flour and cocoa powder
6. Grease cake tin with butter and pour the batter
7. Bake it at 180•c for 35 minutes
8. Let it cool down completely and demould
9. Decorate the cake as per your choice
10. Serve it
