Ingredients
For cake
- 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Vanilla essence
For chocolate ganache
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chopped
For sugar decoration
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Red food colour
- Purple food colour

Instructions
- For making cake mix all the spices in a bowl and prepare a lump free batter.
- Bake it at 180• c for 40-45 minutes.
- For ganache mix both chocolate and cream and keep this in oven for 1 minutes.
- Mix it properly till chocolate dissolves.
- Put this in refrigerator for 1 hour and then beat this for 20 minutes with electric beater.
- For making sugar decorations mix both sugar and water in a sauce pan and make 2 string sugar syrup.
- Divide this in to two bowl and add food colours.
- Make decorations.
