- 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
- 2 cups water chilled
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
For sugar syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- rose essence
- kesar essence

Instructions
- First for making ghevar mix properly ghee and some ice cubes for 3-4 minutes with your hand until creamy and soft.
- Add maida, milk and water and make pouring consistency batter.
- Add lime juice and mix.
- Make ghevar in to hot oil.
- For making sugar syrup mix everything and make one string sugar syrup.
- For rabri mix everything and allow it to cook on medium flame for 20-25 minutes until thickens.
- Pour sugar syrup and rabdi on ghevar and serve.
