Rabri is a very famous Indian sweet dish and people loves it. It taste more with malpua and jalebi. You can serve this in both ways, either chilled or hot. For making rabdi authentically, we have to thicken the milk but it is very time consuming process. Here is the recipe of instant rabri which you can quickly make with in few minutes. - 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup sugar
- Cardamom powder
- Saffron

Instructions
- Boil the milk for 2-3 minutes
- Add breadcrumbs and sugar
- Cook it for 15 minutes on a medium flame
- Add cardamom powder and saffron
- Garnish it with almond and cherry
- Serve hot or chilled
