Instructions
  1. Knead the dough by adding flours and spoon of oil
  2. Allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes
  3. Divide the dough in three parts
  4. Make parathas with these three methods below Three methods Cone method Fan method Roll method
  5. For making laccha paratha from cone method, first prepare a big round and cut from the center and roll it in a shape of cone.
  6. For fan method, make a big round and spread oil, chat masala and coriander. Fold it like fan just like we used to do this in our childhood from paper and after that make a round ball and again by rolling pin make a round and cook it from both the side on tawa by using oil
  7. In third method, simply roll the roti and make a big round ball again with rolling pin make paratha and cook it on tawa with oil.
  8. Serve hot

  • 1/2 cup multi grain wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • Oil
  • Coriander
  • Chat masala

Preparation

  • Knead the dough add adding flours and spoon of oil
  • Allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes
  • Divide the dough in three parts
  • Make parathas with these three methods below

Three methods

Cone method
Fan method
Roll method

  • For making laccha paratha from cone methods first prepare a big round and make cut from the centre and roll it in a shape of cone.
  • From fan method make a big round and spread oil, chat masala and coriander fold it like fan just like we used to do this in our childhood from paper and after that make a round ball and again by rolling pin make a round and cook it from both the side on tawa by using oil
  • In third method simply roll the roti and make a big round ball again with rolling pin make paratha and cook it on tawa with oil.
  • Serve hot
