- paneer grated
- potato grated
- Cornflour
- Salt
- Garam masala
- Red chilly

Instructions
- For making kofta, first mix all the ingredients and make a smooth dough
- Mix all the ingredients above in a separate bowl for making stuffing
- Take small portion from dough and put stuffing in between seal it properly from all the sides and give a shape of ball
- Deep fry all the balls in to hot oil
- For making gravy, heat the oil and slightly roast all the whole spices
- Saute ginger garlic, tomato and onion paste for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cashew nut and raisins paste in to it
- Add all the dry spices, fenugreek and fresh cream
- Mix it well and add little water to this
- Mix it and add kofta in to it and let it cook for 1-2 minutes
- Switch off the flame and garnish it with fresh cream and coriander leaves
- Serve hot
