Ingredients
- 1/2 bowl Peas
- 1/2 bowl paneer pieces
- bay leaves
- Cinnamon stick
- 3-4 cloves
- 3-4 black pepper
- 1-2 black cardamom
- 1-2 green cardamom
- cumin seeds
- Clarified butter
- 1.5 cup Rice soaked
- 2.5 cup water
- Salt
- Garam masala
- Cashew nuts
- Raisins
- Fresh Coriander

Instructions
- In a pan add ghee, cumin and all wholes spices
- Saute it for few seconds
- Add cashew nuts, raisins, peas and paneer and fry it for 2-3 minutes
- Add spices, rice and water
- Cover it with lid and cook it for 8-10 minutes
- Sprinkle fresh coriander and mix
- Serve hot
