Instructions
  1. Divide mawa in to four equal portions.
  2. First in a non stick pan, roast mawa and sugar till slightly colour changed and add cardamom powder.
  3. Switch off the flame and set first layer of white colour in to greased tin.
  4. Keep this in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  5. Roast second portion of mawa and sugar. Add strawberry essence and pink food colour.
  6. Mix it and put this on white colour layer and again refrigerate.
  7. Roast third portion of mawa and sugar with yellow food colour and mango essence.
  8. Repeat the procedure and same with fourth portion of mawa and sugar by adding cocoa powder.
  9. Keep this in refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set down completely.
  10. Cut into pieces and serve.

  • 200 grams mawa
  • Few drops mango essence
  • Few drops strawberry essence
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp coco powder
  • Sugar as per taste
  • Red food colour
  • Yellow food colour

Preparation

  • Divide mawa in to four equal portions.
  • First in a non stick pan roast mawa and sugar till slightly colour changed and add cardamom powder.
  • Switch off the flame and set first layer of white colour in to greased tin.
  • Keep this in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Roast second portion of mawa and sugar. Add strawberry essence and pink food colour.
  • Mix it and put this on white colour layer and again refrigerate.
  • Roast third portion of mawa and sugar with yellow food colour and mango essence.
