Ingredients
- 1 cup palak puree
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup onion puree
- 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp curd
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1/2 cup paneer cubes
- 2-3 cloves
- 2-3 black pepper
- 1-2 black cardamom
- Fresh Coriander
- cumin seeds
- Bay leave
- Cinnamon stick
- Red chilly whole
- red chilly powder
- Garam masala
- Coriander powder
- Turmeric powder

Instructions
- In a hot oil, add cumin seeds and all the whole spices
- Saute it for few seconds and wait till crackle.
- Add onion, tomato and ginger garlic paste, cook it for a minute.
- Add all the dry spices and cook it till gravy leaves the oil
- After that add curd and cream and mix it continuously
- Add spinach puree and paneer pieces
- Cover it with lid for 2-3 minutes on low flame
- Garnish it with fresh cream and tomato ring.
- Serve hot
